洹水湾国际大酒店，坐落在安阳市文峰区风景如画的洹水湾温泉旅游区中心显著的位置，该景区交通便利，地理优越，占地1000多亩。该项目总建筑面积2万平方米，主楼高10层（含地下室），预计总投资近2亿元人民币，由上海匠人规划建筑设计公司按五星 级酒店标准进行设计，也将按五星 级酒店标准建设和经营。
大酒店坐西朝东，其建筑风格为新中式建筑，新颖的建筑造型彰显了酒店高贵典雅的气质，与园区内的景观和建筑相协调，将成为景区内具有特色的标志性建筑。整个项目可分为酒店区、会议区、餐饮区、康乐区、后勤区和办公区六大部分，客房数量120间套，床位200张，大小会议室7个，设有超大包房及宴会厅，空间舒适，布局合理，功能齐全。
景区内已竣工投入使用的2套园林别墅式总统套房，50间套温泉汤屋，还有温泉会馆及游泳馆等高档配套设施，也将成为国际大酒店的一部分。相信酒店的建成必将提升安阳酒店业的服务水平与档次，提升安阳市的整体形象。
Huanshuiwan international hotel is located in the center of the picturesque huanshuiwan hot spring tourist area in Anyang Development Zone, with convenient transportation and superior geography, covering an area of more than 1000 mu. The total construction area of the project is 20000 square meters, the main building is 10 stories high (including basement), and the total investment is estimated to be nearly 200 million yuan. The project is designed by Shanghai craftsman planning and architectural design company according to the five-star hotel standard, and will also be constructed and operated according to the five-star hotel standard.
The hotel is located in the West and faces the East. Its architectural style is new Chinese architecture. The novel architectural style highlights the noble and elegant temperament of the hotel. It will become a distinctive landmark building in the scenic area in coordination with the landscape and architecture in the park. The whole project can be divided into six parts: hotel area, conference area, catering area, recreation area, logistics area and office area. There are 120 guest rooms, 200 beds and 7 conference rooms. There are super large private rooms and banquet hall with comfortable space, reasonable layout and complete functions.
Two villa style presidential suites, 50 hot spring soup houses, hot spring club, swimming pool and other high-end supporting facilities have been completed and put into use in the scenic area, which will also become a part of the international hotel.
